Changing the look of the "Book" Category Type

I have set up a Category and am using the "Book" Category Type.

I am looking at changing the way it is displayed on the site. At the moment, it just displays the title of the Article without any other information. I would like it to display a summary of the article below this. I have tried adding { description }, { desc } and { body } (without the spaces) but it does not make any difference. It doesn't add this information in. I know I can use CSS to change the actual look of it.

I do not want to use the "Standard" Category Type as it will have links to the number of views, date and rating plus I'm using the Standard Category Type for all other articles. All I want is to have this page displayed with the title of the article and a summary of the article.

Can this be done at all? I would appreciate if anyone can help with this.

    Thank you in advance.
