can't download after support ends?

i bought a license for kbpublisher a couple years ago and didn't renew the upgrade. but i was surprised to see that i can't download the version i purchased that two years back. we have a need to install kbp on a dev box so we can work on our site redesign, but i need the download to do that (since we removed the setup directory after the production installation).
