TCPDF on IIS7

For some reason, the included TCPDF library does not generate a PDF on an IIS7 installation. The page simply continues to load indefinitely without ever generating a PDF. What are the requirements for this that are required to make it work? Are there special permissions that need to be applied? The folder itself has full permissions.

    Any thoughts?

Does it happened all articles? What about small ones?
What is your browser? Try with another one.

After attempting to run this on separate browsers, it seems the issue is happening everywhere. The page can be small or large and it still hangs. I tested this on IE8, IE7, and IE6 as well as Firefox 3.6 and Chrome 4.12

The PHP version is: PHP Version 5.2.12. It must be another issue that I can't seem to pin down. A permission setting or other that is not set or is incorrectly set. We are also having an issue with the advanced search blocks not displaying on load of the form. They appear and then quickly disappear. This is apparently due to a misconfiguration somewhere in IIS7. I will try and figure out the root cause.
