You have to change all files found in admin/lang/en directory.
If you want to translate public area only then change files in admin/lang/en/public directory. Also change config_lang.php by setting correct values for charset if you do not want UTF-8
and set correct value for locale. If use UTF-8 you have to save language files UTF-8 encoded.

I see that I must change nearly more than 1000 items ! I began to work. But I saw that on the main page I cannot change "My Account" title. How can I change it ? Any help is appreciated.

I finished translation of KBPublisher to Turkish. At last it is finished !

Great! Is everything works? Did you make translation for v3.0?

Yes, everything is working fine except one title "My Account". There is no parameter for this in any file for translating it. I'm currently working on 2.0.1 revision. My hosting company Lypha.Com is providing us a one click installation of KBPublisher and the revision installed is 2.0.1 so I translated all files to Turkish for 2.0.1.
Can you tell me how I can place translated word for "My Account" (Turkish : "Hesabç.×..ç.÷.m" ) on administration panel ? If you can provide me this detail all will be ready.
Regards.

Also I can do translation for v 3.0 but I don't have this revision's files. If you can provide me these files I can translate them.

It goes directly from table, see s_priv_module table

Yes. All is working now. Thank you. I changed MySQL table s_priv_module value from "My Account" to "Hesabim" and I can see it translated in Turkish. That's all. You helped me a lot.
Now it's ready in Turkish with all translations.
You're great !
